What I'm Building

Every venture started from a real problem I saw firsthand — either in my own business or in the businesses I've worked with. Some will work. Most probably won't. I write about both.

Building

LeadEngine

AI-powered customer acquisition for service businesses.

Finds prospects, writes outreach, follows up, qualifies leads. 550+ marketing frameworks, Meta Ads automation, and an AI brain that learns what converts. Running the first brand through the pipeline now.

After 20+ products that failed because nobody found them, I realized distribution is the first thing any business needs. This is the system I should have built years ago.

Active

TaskForce

AI project manager for ecommerce brands.

Tracks projects, flags delays, reports to stakeholders. Built to do the work that project management tools make you do manually. One brand actively testing it now.

9 years of managing client projects at WebMedic taught me that project management tools make you do the work instead of doing the work for you.

Active

ConversionStudio

Never run out of winning angles again.

While you slept, your competitors found 3 ad angles that convert. ConversionStudio scans thousands of real customer conversations, finds the pain points your competitors miss, and builds high-converting landing pages in minutes — not weeks.

Jared and Rebecca from Nateskin said 'This is exactly what we need.' Their team spent 2 weeks finding customer pain points — ConversionStudio did it in minutes. That's when I knew this was real.

Active

SuperLab

AI-powered operating system for indie builders.

Five autonomous agents that plan your day, manage projects, write code, fix bugs, and deploy to production — all from Telegram. Replaces Notion, Todoist, Trello, and scattered AI tools with one connected system.

Built because every builder I know — including me — runs their life across 7 tabs and 4 disconnected tools. AI made it worse. More to build, more to learn, less time. SuperLab is the team I wished I had.

Building

GrowthEngine

Growth operating system for early-stage founders.

Diagnoses your exact bottleneck, builds your 90-day plan, and runs 15+ proven playbooks — all inside Claude Code. For founders $0 to $5M who are busy but not compounding.

After 20+ products, I realized the product was never the problem — not knowing what to fix first was. GrowthEngine is every growth system I wish I had when I started.

Active

Harta Tech Labs

Digital operations platform for facility management.

QA inspection systems, HR and attendance management, contract lifecycle workflows, and a cleaning operations app — replacing paper-based processes across 6 companies and thousands of workers.

Partnership with a 40+ year old facility management company. Built their entire digital infrastructure from scratch — now handling QA, HR, tenders, and daily operations.

Launched

SnapMetrics

Marketing analytics that tells you what to do, not just what happened.

Connects ads, website, and email data. Identifies bottlenecks in the funnel. Tells you where to focus to increase revenue — in plain language, not dashboards.

Every ecommerce brand I worked with had the same problem: too many dashboards, not enough answers. Built this to turn data into decisions.

Launched

LiquidBoost

AI-powered Shopify snippets that boost conversion rates.

Ready-to-install code snippets for Shopify stores. Each one is optimized to improve a specific conversion metric — no developer needed.

After optimizing 80+ ecommerce websites, I kept rebuilding the same high-impact features. Packaged the best ones into snippets any store owner can install.

9+ Years

WebMedic

Web development and conversion optimization for ecommerce brands.

80+ websites built. 4,000+ client requests handled. D-Link, Nateskin, STTOKE. Where I learned what tools businesses actually need.

Started as a freelance gig. Grew into an agency. 9 years of building for clients is what taught me everything I now put into the other ventures.

Building

FlowStack

Operations system for restaurant and food service teams.

Automated checklists, task assignments with load balancing, POS-synced sales tracking, and WhatsApp-first team communication. Purpose-built for the messy reality of running food service operations.

Watching restaurant teams manage daily operations with paper checklists and group chats made it obvious — they needed a system built for how they actually work, not another generic project tool.

The Pattern

Every failed product taught me something. Here's what stuck.

Distribution before product.

I built 20+ things nobody found. The product was never the problem. Reaching people was.

Accountability before ambition.

The only venture that survived 9+ years had clients paying. Constraint is what kept it alive — not my brilliance.

Tools before talent.

The right tool at the right time changes what one person can build. That's the bet.
