This started as a partnership with a 40+ year old facility management company. They ran everything on paper — QA inspections, HR records, attendance, contracts, cleaning schedules. Thousands of workers across 6 companies, all managed with spreadsheets and clipboards.
What We Built
A complete digital operations platform that replaced their paper-based processes:
- QA Inspection Systems — Digital checklists, photo documentation, real-time reporting
- HR & Attendance Management — Worker profiles, shift tracking, leave management across all 6 companies
- Contract Lifecycle Workflows — From tender submission to contract execution to renewal tracking
- Cleaning Operations App — Daily task assignments, completion tracking, supervisor oversight

What It Taught Me
I learned a lot about the facility management industry and the challenges of building systems with many different stakeholders. Site supervisors, operations managers, HR teams, contract administrators, cleaning crews — all with different needs, different levels of tech literacy, and different environments. Some sites have no reliable internet. Most workers aren't tech-savvy. Processes can't break because real people depend on them daily. Every feature had to work perfectly on day one, for everyone.
