The Story

The Story Behind the Studio.

13 years of building businesses. 20+ failed products. One that survived. Here's what I learned and why I'm building what I'm building.

Journey

How I Got Here

Chapter 1

From curiosity to code

As a kid, I would spend hours exploring nature and reading encyclopedias trying to figure out how everything worked.

Then I found computers. Code lets me create things from nothing. I can build whatever I can imagine.

I loved it and spent all of my time coding.

The Foundation: Pure curiosity about how things work.

Chapter 2

When growth became management

I wanted to build my own tech ventures. Started a company to make money while I figured out what to build.

That's when I discovered something important: without systems, everything's a mess. People forget things. They need training, guidance, reminders. The bigger the team got, the messier it became.

I was spending all my time managing instead of building. This wasn't what I wanted.

The Problem: Growth meant less time building. More time managing.

Chapter 3

Freedom through automation

So I built a system to manage all the operations. Project tracking, communication, task management — automated.

I remember my team member telling me that by afternoon she had nothing to do because the system took care of everything she used to do manually. That was amazing.

The system gave us freedom. More time to do the work we actually loved. Less time on repetitive tasks.

I wanted to give that freedom to others.

The Discovery: Good systems give you freedom.

Chapter 4

From automation to superpowers

Then AI happened.

Systems don't just automate anymore — they think. They make decisions. What used to take a team of people can now be done by one person with the right AI systems.

AI gives people superpowers.

That's when I started SuperVentureStudio. A place to build ventures that give people superpowers. Tools that let you do things that weren't possible before.

The Mission: Build ventures that give people superpowers.

Purpose

The Mission

There are two types of people:

The Busy are trying to work faster. Hiring more people. Adding more tools. Building bigger teams to do the same things.

The Explorers are asking different questions: "What can I do now that I couldn't do before?"

This studio builds for the Explorers.

Ventures that give you superpowers. Systems that scale without more people. Tools that let you test 100 ideas instead of one.
